Customer Success Intern – Azalead

We’re looking for a Customer Success Intern to work with our B2B clients.  It is a challenging and rewarding role that requires leading our clients to achieve success by teaching a new way to align Sales and Marketing and achieve their revenue objectives. As a CSM Intern you will assist with accounts from setup and launch to ongoing support, renewals and drive growth and expansion.

What you will do

  • Assist with the internal setup team to get customers launched quickly
  • Create and execute the customer roadmap that leads the customer to achieve those objectives
  • Command respect and trust of customers and demand of their action items
  • Business results and objective setting through  Quarterly Reviews
  • Collaborate on media strategies and create media plans for customers
  • Coordinate with our Ad Ops team on internal proprietary account based targeting technology and third party tools to program ad campaigns
  • Provide reports, analysis and recommendations


  • Strong bias for immediate action in all situations
  • Near-native oral and written communications skills in English
  • Bachelor's Degree with coursework in technical or business areas, Advanced Degree preferred
  • Coursework or work experience in Digital Marketing
  • Ideally coursework and experience in some or all of the following: programmatic advertising, demand-side ad platforms (AppNexus), analytics visualization solutions (Tableau), and web technologies.
  • You are a problem solver who solves the problem once and makes sure it doesn’t happen again
  • Good project management skills
  • Open minded,  "no-problem" attitude
  • Keen to work in a fast paced and international environment that includes flexible work hours and travel
  • Provide reports, analysis and recommendations
  • Work directly with our customer success and product teams to build scalable processes and product.
  • Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours to support international customers.
