Job Description

- You will play a key role in helping shape BidMotion's future by consistently identifying and attracting brilliant people to our teams: engineering and operations.
- You will be constantly challenged to think creatively about how to drive hiring results and find the best match for the role and BidMotion.
- You will be the main point of contact with all candidates, agencies and schools.
- You will be the face of BidMotion and you will be in charge of growing this great team full of international and clever individuals!

Our requirements:

- BA/BS in any field
- Strong international experiences
- 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a technology environment
- Passion for understanding human behaviour in organisations
- Interest in technology, particularly in advertising
- Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
- You're curious, respectful, humble and very positive!
- You are perfectly fluent in English
