About the role
As part of the Sales & Operations (S&O) organization within Criteo, Analytics teams have the responsibility to ensure that the campaigns delivered do match clients marketing targets and outperform the competition thanks to great technology and products, in conjunction with a deep understanding of clients expectations.
What You'll Do
Make statistical analysis on Business performance to drive insights / recommendations
Build and maintain new data, KPIs and dashboards to efficiently track product roll out across Criteo
Use your knowledge of our system to develop/maintain different type of reports and metrics that will present actionable insights to commercial teams across the business
Collect feedbacks and new needs to provide analytical support in order to develop and define KPIs, goal and levers for business growth
Be proactive and add your expertise to help Business teams dealing with their day-to-day challenges.
Explaining Infrastructure changes or issues impacts to non-technical audiences
Formalize and document new methodologies, metrics and reports to structure the knowledge of Analytics team across the business
By working within the Analytics team, you’ll have to deal with different Criteo products and teams in an international context.
Who you are
You prepare a degree in Engineering, Business, finance or a related degree
You are Fluent in EnglishYou have very good communication skills
You can demonstrate your ability to solve problem solving end to end.
You are interested in Competence, analysis and change management
You are versatile, dynamic.
You have a real interest in online Advertising market and the impact of a high-performance technology in this market
Ideally, you have good technical expertise: SQL, programming languages.
