The Group had an IPO in June 2015 which, inter alia, raised expansion capital to fund notably an acquisition programme. Since 2014, Europcar Mobility Group has been involved in 18 completed M&A corporate transactions. The Group has high ambitions: becoming a world leader in mobility solutions, and by 2020 topping €3bn turnover and 14% Corporate EBITDA margin* (11.8% in 2017). Moreover, the group ambitions are fueled by an internal innovation lab and many on-going digital strategic programmes.

The group Strategy Office, comprising Strategy, M&A and PMO, is currently looking for an intern to support the team on a number of strategy and M&A projects.

  • Desktop market research and market intelligence
  • Desktop research of potential targets and preparation of profiles
  • Financial analysis, especially of annual reports and accounts
  • Valuation and financial modelling (M&A targets or strategic projects)
  • Involvement in preparation of strategic notes and analytical sections of investment papers, including preparation charts, diagrams and schematics
  • Involvement in post-closing follow-ups and integration workstreams
  • Liaising with the internal innovation team


You are currently involved in a Master's degree in a Business or Engineering school in Finance specialization or Economics department of a university,

You already have an exprerience in M&A, investment fund, strategy consulting OR other assignments presenting a strong quantitative analysis facet. You must be reasonably financially literate and be familiar with Company accounts and annual reports,

You are fluent in English (mandatory) and speak French (optionnal),

You master Excel and PowerPoint  (daily use),

We are looking for someone who is analytical, has an inquisitive mind, open-minded, a “finisher”, who is hungry to learn, down-to-earth and a team player.

Gratification : 1100€ gross/month
