• Strong experience in marketing/digital covering any of the following digital fields : digital media, digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, search, CRM

• Strong background in both brand and media strategy and planning

• Understanding of all disciplines within the marketing mix

• Knowledge of marketing/communication in the digital/social world

• High interest for data driven approaches

• High leadership & influencing skills

• Ability to commit people to change

• A collaborative working modus

• Multi-cultural management skills

• Full fluency in English, ability to communicate and convince

- Ensure excellence of precision marketing methodology execution across all countries (Europe, Asia, LATAM, NORAM) : workshops facilitation, daily basis support to the team
- Bring precision marketing methodology to the next level adding complementary fields (search, conversion, automation of the process)
- Ensure digital tools adoption by all digital and marketing teams
- Lead the global digital scorecard to monitor performance based on dashboarding tools
- Become the key contact for digital managers in all countries/businesses
