Chief Commercial Officer –

At, you will guide a dedicated team through a web of Sales activities. In your role, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and join a team of 15 people. You will be in charge of business development for France and international activities.


  • Define business growth strategy and drive it’s execution
  • Develop best practices and demonstrate cost effectiveness
  • Find major advertising agency prospects and develop the client portfolio
  • Implement sales and marketing programs based on local market dynamics and general business knowledge to maximize growth
  • Hire and manage the sales team, provide mentoring on the sales process- Participate in technological & digital events
  • Manage sales forecasts, set budgets and sales team objectives (KPIs)
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct negotiations in connection with referrals or signing of new contracts
  • Create a fun and energetic team spirit in a dynamic atmosphere
  • Carefully monitor technological development


  • You have +7 years’ experience in the digital industry
  • You have +2 years of experience in team management with real managerial qualities
  • You are a leader and support your team in achieving outstanding results
  • You are ambitious, motivated and have an entrepreneurial spirit
  • You are dynamic, able to evolve in start-up atmosphere and have the flexibility to develop your business throughout the world
  • You have built in recent years an address book in major accounts and digital agencies
  • You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • You develop a clear, relevant strategy and are continually proactive- You have an understanding and expertise in the digital industry
  • You have experience in creating and delivering strategic partnerships with key accounts and agencies
  • You are fluent in English
