We are an early-stage yet ambitious fintech/gaming startup building an innovative mobile-first financial trading platform. Today, in order to speed up our development, we wish to have one person fully dedicated to the hiring and onboarding process.

The job

  • Improve, manage and introduce new talent sourcing channels
  • Design relevant job position scorecards with relevant managers to evaluate applicants
  • Perform screening interviews and “sell” the company’s vision to applicants
  • Create an awesome onboarding experience for new teammates

  • Exceptional English writing skills

  • Interpersonal: autonomous, creative, reliable, and (intellectually) honest
